August 2023 Ryan Beckley’s many permit violations at Winchester Dam resulted in the largest fish kill on an Oregon River in 2023 and an unprecedented $27.5 million fine. Let’s stop him before he does it again. Bring down the dam. Bring back the fish and the jobs.
