Join volunteers from the Forever Flowing Foundation at a rally to remove Winchester Dam, at 10:00 am, Saturday, February 15, 2025, at the Roseburg Farmer’s Market, at the intersection of SE Jackson Street and SE Washington Avenue in Roseburg.
August 2023 “repairs” at Winchester Dam resulted in the largest fish kill on an Oregon River in 2023 and an unprecedented $27.5 million fine. Let’s stop them before they do it again. It’s time to bring down the dam, and bring back the fish and the jobs.
