Jeffrey Dose, a retired fisheries biologist with 31 years of experience in the North Umpqua River Basin, and the author of Salmon 2100: The Future of Wild Pacific Salmon in the Pacific Northwest, discusses the native fish at the Winchester Dam on the North Umpqua River – the site of the biggest Oregon river fish kill this year. For 24 years, Dose served as the lead fish biologist for the Umpqua National Forest.

Mr. Dose’s fascinating and informative presentation was recorded on Saturday, November 18, 2023, in the Deer Room of the Roseburg Library, 1409 NE Diamond Lake Boulevard in Roseburg, Oregon 97470.
