WinchesterDam.com launched a new education campaign for all ages – the “All About Winchester Dam” comic strip.
The situation at Winchester Dam isn’t as complicated as many people believe. This new campaign demonstrates that it is, in fact, so simple, even grade school students can appreciate the hypocrisy of a dam that was condemned half a century ago but is still standing.
